One part damaged, did not receive UPS call tag as promised - finally got a return authorization from him, but no pick-up from UPS.
Trayvad is a distributor for EX-Cell metal products.
Ex-cell was also contacted, but they say, we would have to deal with the distributor.
I contacted other people, seems to be a case for the FBI, since on the same address is a Balanoff.com on the web and the customer service person at trayvad / ex-cell metal products name is Bob Balanoff - can anyone make a connection, here?
