We are a small non-profit skilled nursing facility in Calif. We recently recieved our Medi-care certification and was trying to comply with their standards smoking safety by obtaining metal self-closing ashtrays for our front and rear entrances, employee lounge ect. Found just what we needed on Trayvad.com. Placed an order and sent them a check.
The check cleared our bank and now several weeks later we still have no ashtrays. No one answers telephone. MAIL BOX IS ALWAYS full so you can't leave a message. Sent faxes, have sent e-mails. Nine have been responded to. I guess we got ripped off.
