I have been asking capital to refund my money because money was taken out of my account, without my authorization. They talked to my daughter and got my info from her and she is not on my account. I called capital financial and explained the situation to them, they sais they would refund my money with proof my daughter is not on my account.
So i did and 2 weeks later still nothing. I sent them proof of statement and my id, that my daughter is not on the account. Now after 2 weeks when i called, they now say i have to give them proof of signature card on file in my bank. That is personal, and private. How dare they!!!
