A serious case of stolen money

In March my bank called me on my cell and question me regarding a $31.98 charge to my account. Which also cost me $50.00 in overdraft fees. I explain to the bank I was just getting out of the hospital after two weeks and there was no way I could have done this. And since it's just my 5 year old daughter and I in the home how is this possible? The bank gave me this number to call and when I finially got someone on the phone explained what I was told and ask for my money back she said no. (flatout) When I ask to speak to a supervisor I was placed on hold for 28mins exact., and no one came to the phone. Of course by this time I'm pissed off.

I called my bank back and explain what had just happen and now I have to go and have my account closed due to this matter. Companys should not be allowed to take advantage of people if they are not willing to comply with customers needs in rewards to any and all fraudgulent charges.
