I worked for this company. They are building a subdivison in Florida City, FL called Sandra Fay Homes. I witnessed all of their bills and invoices owed to subcontractors to be at least 90 days past due! Then when I received my final paycheck they dropped me to minimum wage when my salary was over $15 per hour!!! People have given them a down payment on homes that are being built, and no construction has been done in over 6 months!!! After the buyers signed a VERY strict contract. Be warned people, STAY AWAY!!!
