This company is using a time clock system that shorts your hours, and does not pay minimum wage for reported tips and hours worked. They also assert damages/lost keys where they have no proof of same in order to deduct $40 per event from your paycheck. Blatant discrimination of a sexual, age, and National Origin basis is seen on a daily basis. Wage & Hour has been notified with a formal request for an investigation, EEOC is being notified of the discrimination, as well as a wrongful discharge lawsuit is being filed.
