Ms. Girard rented my home for more than a year. Towards the end of her tenancy she threated my wife, filed a false claim about my wife and did not pay rent.
I had attempted to make things easier for her and she just thre it back in my face.
Ms. Girard had MANY more people living in the house than was permitted. The house was totally trashed when through court eviction I was finally able to toss her out.
The judge actually told her in open court that she was one of the most unethical people he had ever dealt with.
She is a chronic liar, a story teller. She has a reputation with the local police as being a trouble maker, her children are on drugs. She is very bad news.
never rent to her.
She's still in the area so WATCH OUT.
