I was contacted by National Choice Grants and was guaranteed I would receive a government grant. They said they were Out of Champion Ny., and my caller ID logged a false phone number of 025-575-6822 and I was given a customer service number of 877-851-4375, Neither of which turned out to be valid. They already had my personal information saying they obtained it through the IRS tax returns.
They asked me only to verify what they already had.
National Choice told me it would cost me $59.95. I was also told I would receive $500.00 worth of grocery discounts, and $500.00 cash which would be deposited in my bank. This was to take place before any money was deducted from my account. The Grant I would receive would be shorted this $500.00.
The money was taken from my account. And that is the last I heard from them. This is also how I was able to obtain their real address and phone number.
