All I can say is be careful when working for or with this company. As a consumer be wary when working as an employee, be very wary.
Come to expect that the first few months with be the honeymoon phase in which you are wooed and "taken care of" only to be replaced with prying into your personal life and the information used against you for manipulation. Nevermind the fact that you already work 40 hours a week, because this will soon be not enough. Making 30-40k a month in billing will soon be not enough. You are only a robot. Once you make 30-40k a month, you will be expected to make 60-70k and so on. Don't even think about working less than 50 hours a week.
Forget trying to get an appointment for the doctor or any personal business you may have. They will want you to bring in a "excuse slip" or a get out of work pass. I was physically manhandle in one situation and ridiculed in from of the office by the president.
They will psycologically berate you to gain control of you. Sounds really sinister, and unbelieveable, right? Well thats why it took me 2 years to leave the place. I couldn't belive it myself. I had an employer come in unexpectedly to meet with me, and the employer stated that it looked like a "sweat shop". Take that for what it's worth.
Oh, and by the way, when it came time to leave I had to strategically plan it months in advance. Why? Because Domari & Associates has a habit of not paying the comissions earned by their employees. Whether they work there, recently left, or were terminated.
I can name 5 instances totalling around 120k in which comissions are due but never paid.
