ARM made a fraudulent charge to my credit card. When I contacted them I was treated extremely bad. I was called a LIAR and accused of being stupid by "Tony Smith" the employee that I spoke to. He absolutely refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor or his boss.
When I asked him to refer to a recording of the conversation when I supposedly authorized him to make the charge to my credit card I was informed that they didn't need to record the conversation. I'm a retired disabled veteran living on a fixed income and had nearly all of my disablity check stolen by ARM as soon as it was directly deposited to my account.
