I been having major problems with my account one day i realize my card was lost due to the fact that i don't have a wallet so after 2 days of searching for my atm/debit card it was not found so i then call BA and told them my card was lost they told me that they have to transfer me to risk-closure department so i was like ok. After being put on hold for 30-45 mintues a rep. Then told me that i had depoits bad check into my account which then they close it due to insuffient funds that was not in my account. I then told the rep that it was not me that depoits it into my account it must have been fraud because it i had lost my card and i was never in Flordia i lives in New Jersey so it was not convincing to her. So then she tells me i have to make a claim so i then she transfer me to claims they tells me i have to speak to risk closure department because that is what noted on my account like i am the suspect of this so then i waited a few days because i don't have time to run around keep being transfer from 1 person to another. I then called back within a few days to make a claim so i then made my claim and i later called back to get some feedback and it was rejected because my pin was use so now BA thinks i sold my card and my pin to someone to make depoits into my account. I spoke to investigators and managers at the branch no one is seems to help me out and care for my situation because it is happening to many people on the northeast i dont know what to do next. Can someone please up me?
