I called in a week ago to report my card lost/stolen and the individual took my information told me I would have to wait 24/48 hours for the card to process and it would take 5-7 business days for it to ship. I was fine with that. A few days later I called just to check and see where it was. They told me the individual never processed it. Only put it in the system. I usually transfer money to my other account now account under my loved ones name.
I asked them, for the inconvenience, could they transfer the money into the account. They told me no. Why would a company hold someones money hostage from them. I was transfered to corporate, she seemed hopeful about it and told me to speak to a supervisor. I was then transferred back to customer service. I was then told that they could ship me a card expedited for 40 dollars. I said no and made my point very clear. "Had your employeee done his job... I wouldn't be in this situation. You all need to send me that card free of charge"
He told me he couldn't do it. I asked for him to transfer me to corporate and he told me he wasn't allowed. How in the world are you not allowed to when someone just did it??? A asked for the number and he told me again he wasnt allowed to transfer me or give me a number. It may very well be going on two weeks I havent been able to touch my money... Smh. I am closing the account as soon as I get my card. How can you just hold someones money away from them like that??
