I am a manager for a consulting company and am having issues with the better business bureau. We have never had a complaint sent directly to us either by mail, fax, or by e-mail yet they say we haven't ever responded to their inquiries. They don't even know the type of business we are in and they do not ever call us back. I urge everyone not to take those lyers seriously. They are full of it. Maybe if we paid their dues they would be more responsible for what they write, but come, they don't even call us back. Bunch of losers if you ask me!!!
