Ripoff Bait and Switch Partial order fulfillment didn't honor sale price lied to me

Feb 14: While ordering their package Canon GL/2 w/Starters Package and Free Video Light on the web, I realized, since we wanted to buy a 2nd 3 - hour battery and there was such a huge range of them, that I needed to call to be sure to get the right one.

Nate said he could finish my order. I told him twice which package I was buying. He never said one word about switching to a different package.

I told him two times very specifically that I was ordering the Canon GL/2 w/Starters Package and Free Video Light package, and I read it to him from their own web page advertisement, of which I sent them a copy.

He agreed we were talking about that package. I wasn't even aware of any other package of theirs, having never looked at one and Nate having never described any other.

As we finished, I said, Then, after rebate, the total cost will be around $2000. Nate agreed. Nate said he'd sell me a 5-year extended warranty (LIE or misinformation invoice says 4 years).

Nate said Canon retails those extended warranties for $699, and that he'd give me a good deal. (LIE Canon tells me they don't sell any extended warranties, at any price.)

Nate told me that included in the order was the second 3-hour battery we purchased, added to the 3-hour battery to be included in the original package we were discussing. One 1500 amh and one 6000 amh battery were sent. Never resolved.

When I called later and asked Nate about the two different sizes of battery, he said the small one is a 3-hour, so they musta' sent you an 8-hour battery. He didn't bother to check any further into it.

Next day when I called again, the person that answered the phone tried to tell me I had only ordered a camera body. (LIE or misinformation)

That same man told me Camera Pros can't provide itemized invoices. (LIE they finally did, 5 weeks after I first asked for it, on my 8th request for one. He later in the same conversation turned around and promised to fax one funny since they can't; and then, they didn't fax it, anyway.)

Gloria promised 3 or 4 times to send an invoice. Gloria finally said she mailed a hard copy March 8. It never arrived.

And finally, George (manager/owner?) told me that I ordered a different package than I ordered - that I didn't order the package I specifically ordered from Nate.

Besides all that, it took the company three shipments to even get all the components of the Starters Package to us. We had to keep asking to get it all.
