I visited their site on 1/26 to purchase one $19.95 soldering iron only. As you progress through the site it keep offering add-ons or upgrades two or three times even when you decline. At the end of the transaction it came up to $53.00 showing multiples. I changed the quantities to 0 since you cannot back up and when I hit the update button, it processed the order. Since, I have sent 5 emails to different departments and made 3 phone calls to 800 numbers only to be told it can't be stopped or it was some other entity that took the order, despite it being their site.
