I ran into the same Vitacost survey scam reported by another reader. The questions were mindless. All like: "Do you use a credit card?"I had to make a number of calls before I got things fixed. A real pain!
I have had problems with Vitacost making ramdom changes of the quantities ordered. On a typical order for 6 or more single items, I would find that the quantities of one or two items had been bumped up to a quantity of 2.
I no longer trust Vitacost. Now I order only the few items that I can not buy elsewhere.
