On Sept. 21, FusionTalk took $69.90 out of my checking account. I had been lured into this by Value Plus. I canceled everything right away when I realized what a rip off this all was. Value Plus gave me my money back. FusionTalk said they would, but it never happened. I called many times. I talked with Melissa several times plus twice to Lily and twice to Tony. I was told a supervisor would call me. No one did. (They do not ever return calls like the recording says.) I was told that they tried to give me a refund, but by bank wouldn't do it.
What a crock! I waited on the phone many times for 20-30 minutes, then when someone actually answered, I was ignored while I listened to people talking in the background. This happened twice. I was hung up on as well. I kept calling trying to get my money back. I was finally told by Melissa that I was not to call there again.
Now, in January they took out $24.95 out of my checking account twice. That's about $120 they stole from me.
