On April 9 I ordered The X-Factor from James Wainwright with a post-dated check of May 19 in the amount of $49.97. I did not receive the product until the middle of May. I returned product with a letter asking for a refund on May 16. I have the proof of delivery from the post office that it was received on May 18.
I wrote James Wainwright on 5/16,7/16 and 11/04 requesting my money back. I have not heard from him.
Then, I received another piece of advertising from him, requesting that I purchase the X Factor Program, on November 3, which prompted me to write the last letter on 11/4.
The guarantee says " If during this 40 day period" (I didn't have 40 days, only had about a week to look it over after I received it) " I feel that it's not worth at least 1000 times what I've paid, then I can send everything back, and you will return my original, uncashed payment, PLUS you'll include an additional $20.00 check of your own& it's just your way of saying "thank you" for giving "The X Factor" an honest try.
I feel James Wainwright owes me $67.00, per his "guarantee".
