Teleten entered into a contract with me dated November 24.in the contract, Teleten Marketing is to provide 50 leads for $1000. They have not performed. I have called 14 times to resolve the issue.
1. Recv'd fax from Teleten (in spite of being on the do not call list 11/10)
2. Spoke with James at ext 223 about the fax. Asked to be removed from fax list. He sent me to Ron Jackson.
3. Recv'd another fax on 11/11 @ 6:30PM
4. Ron Jackson sold me on Teleten Marketing, and I entered into a contract on 11/24 for 50 leads for $1000. Paid with Check #2588 which was sent via FedEx.
5. I received 6 leads (1 duplicate). Last lead received December.
6. Wrote letter to Ronald Jackson on February 7 requesting leads or a refund. Received no response.
7. Wrote letter to Tracy Burrell requesting A REFUND ONLY to resolve the issue April 25.
