On 11/07/05 I ordered a program called Simplicity (Check #2199). The order form stated to send a check postdated 40 days ahead & he would rush the order out as soon as he received the check. I did not receive the program until 12/7/06, so it wasn't really what I called a rush.
On 12/30/06 I returned the program & requested a full refund. Didn't realize it was a horse racing system. I also sent copies of my cashed check, order form to back up my purchase. I did not hear from him, so I sent a second letter dated 2/2/06, again sent him a full set of copies. Still no response. I then sent another reminder on 2/16/06 with no response.
He now has his program back for resale & my money $49.97.
His guarantee states that durning this 40-day free trial period if I feel that it is not worth 1000 times what I paid, then I can send everything back, & he will return my original check & an additional $20.00 of his own money to basically thank me for giving Simplicity an honest try.
Well he has the material, the money & request for refund. I feel now becaue of the inconvenience to me with all the time & letters that a full refund of 69.97 should be returned to me.
