On October 28, a charge for $333.90 was made on my checking account; on November 23rd a charge was made for $79.90 and on December 2nd another for $79.90. When investigating, the company Brass Logistic's name came up and also the name IGIA on other reports of my account. When investigating the phone numer 1-800-711-8357 was given, but when called it was either busy or they jept me on hold for more than hour and a half.in fact I never got a response from them. When going into their website (the one given by the phone's hold message) the contact information was practically worthless.
The thing is I never made a purchasing to IGIA, so I can't explain why they are charging these amounts out of my account.
That's the reason I am disputing them.
