I have been reading one report after another on this company, every bit of it true. I cant believe nothing is being done. I dont know what I can add to these reports. I also have had 245.00 taken from my account, plus a 33.00 overdraft fee. I have tried all the numbers and e-mailes to, No response.
I have gotten the same reply all of you have, Some one will get back to you in 24 hours. Lies all lies. Never once talked to a human.
I cant even cancel the order, I guess thats how they get you, You can never reach anyone from Igia, and you never will, in the mean time they keep hitting your account for more and more money. Our own banks cant even protect us from fraud, you would think they could do something besides keep charging you overdrafts, but they have to make money to I guess.
I will be visiting my bank tuesday morning. Wish me luck.
They had no athority to charge my account and I will fight for my money back. I will let you know how my trip to the bank went.
My next complaint will go to the press, On Igia, and my bank if I get no where.
