Ordered 4 week trial took 5x$99.00 on my credit card ripoff

About a month ago, I ordered a 4 week trial of LEANLIFE PM, AT $6.95 for a 2 bottle supply x 2 =$13.90, but they charged me for 6 weeks supply, plus took out 5 payments of $99.00 each, w/out my permission.

I have called them, but no one is there. I e-mailed them, but no reply. Help!
