This was my 3rd and last request for LeanLife PM to contact me (dated 10-28). They have not replied or responded since.
My visa account was $108.07 less from an unauthorized withdrawal from "leanlife pm." this is my third request to resolve this issue
Last month, i ordered your free sample. On that same day i ordered your free sample, i contacted by phone and (via email) [email protected] to cancel the 90-day supply of leanlife pm.
On oct. 17 "leanlife pm" withdrew $108.07 from my visa account without my authorization. I assumed customercare@ leanlifepm inadvertently overlooked my cancelation advisement.
I need "leanlife pm" to contact me to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Further delay will prompt me to take legal actions and report the situation with the better business bureau.
