Deceptive, claims I won a prize if I send $31.95 Credit card ripoff

I received a very authentic looking "Notification of Unclaimed Parcel" for a SONY 61" Projection TV or $2741.58. Since I don't remember signing up for anything. I checked for Usa Consumer Complaints.com and they have repeatedly been on the list for the same thing.
