Ripoff fradulent amount taken from my bank account in the name of half price tv

I believe I was cheated by Star Communications and its subsidiaries.

They called me and offered me a 500 $ shopping spree and I fell for it. They told me that they would charge me only $4.99. I believed, this and said ok. But, I never agreed for anything like allowing me to be charged $119.90 and another $4.99 from my bank account.

When I received the package, I immediately realized the rip off and called them off to cancal all my charges and wanted my $119.90 bank.

They said that they have noted my cancellation and will return my $s immediately. But, it never came. I have been trying to call them repeatedly. They always say that they are investigating as to why I have not recieved my money back.

I guess, I didn't know about this web site and because of this, I didn't call my bank within 60 days.

So, I do not know what other way I can do to get my money back.

I feel very bad and upset about this rip off of my hard earned money.
