I filed a complaint with the Corpus Christi BBB and they closed the case without ever receiving a rebuttal from the retailor! I had a problem with defective merchandise and wanted my money back after waiting 6 months for the company to fix the problem.
The BBB works in the interest of the companies that pay them. They don't work for the consumer! Now this company had a case resolved and closed when it is not! Don't use the BBB!
