Ripoff fraudulent billing

I was charged $19.05 from E-Club for an extended warranty on my leased satellite equipment from Dish Network. I was never made aware of this charge until my statement came in. I never authorized Dish Network to share my personal information with any other company and certainly never opted for an extended warranty. I already have a warranty through Dish Network and I am awaiting my refund from E-Club. Something needs done about this. I believe this is FRAUD! It needs to stop!
