Rich Martell phoned my mother on 07/27/05 and told her congratulations. She had was a winner in the Smirnoff Ice contest and won a 3000 dollar digital piano. I heard his message on her machine too. He said he would call back soon to arrange delivery. We called him back -thanks to call id and asked if she could possibly have the cash value of this prize because she was going to have open heart surgery and it was costly. Left message on his machine 3 times. E-mailed consumer support 3 times. They said they were giving him the messages.
When this was getting us no place fast I asked for Rich Martell's superiors name and consumer support refused. So here it is Oct 30th and my mom has no piano and no reply from this bozo. Why sponsor a contest, call an 77 year old lady up tell her she won and then blow her off? Oh right - it is because she is a 77 year old lady and he can and is getting away with it. Do not drink or buy Smirnoff.
