Purchased a Government auction guide & listing in 8 - when I called to requested updated listings, they were never received. Called several more times to get current info on local auctions - promised but never received.
Submitted & received Testimonial Program Number from company in Sept.. Terms state that after 3 months, if you have not been able to purchase a home/auto etc. From any auction, you may request a full refund of progam costs. $70.83 total.
Made all required notifications that I was not satisfied with service & requested my refund.
January spoke with a rep from company & was told that a credit would be issued to credit card within 14 days. Still have NEVER received refund.
February once again trying to follow up - found that the Membership Support phone # has been disconnected. Unable to locate any other phone listing.
Original payment from credit card was issued to National Fulfillment Center - after initial contact, we were referred to U.S. National Properties. NFC phone # is also disconnected.
These people are FRAUDS & need to be dealt with so that others are not ripped off as I was.
