Ripoff ripoff business from hell

I think that was the same person that I spoke to at WorldCom's customer service. The person defending this company and telling people to just pay their bill.

WorldCom just loves to have people pay for services that they never received.

My daughter purchased their service over the internet and received her new phone. Couldn't get any reception so she contacted WorldCom, returned the phone and signed up with a new company. She accidently sent WorldCom a payment of $219.00 thinking it was her new cell phone company and after numerous contacts with them she is being told that she needs to prove that she returned the phone and owes them almost $100.00 more in addition to the $219.00 even though she has never used their service or phone. She has to pay to break her contract. They are also saying that they don't know who sent her the phone in the first place but they are sure that she has a contract with them.

I tried talking to them but they and their supervisors are only rude.

This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with and everyone needs to stop doing business with them until they are out of business.
