Ripoff

This company was very mis-leading in their initial letter sent to me. I thought i would be sent info to read first before i was billed for anything.

I then had trouble getting the package in the mail when it was paid for and did'nt get everything in it i was told would be in it.

Then had to keep calling and cancel the health benefits part of it. They told me just last week that they would send me a refund check for that part of it. But have recieved nothing so far.

I had to call them three or four months in a row to cancel and am only getting two refunds.

I was called by a company saying that these people had been arrested and i would be getting my money put back in my account. This comapny talked very fast and i could not get the name and so far i have not recieved my money.
This person called me on saturday, oct. 1st.
Any information at all on this matter would be great!!!
