This company sucks you in with the promise that they will provide you with leads that they claim are good leads of buyers and sellers.
They have a 2 pay tier for buyers and sellers. They take your credit card number. They don't tell you up front that you have to accept a min. Of 5 leads.
They give you the impression that you can choose which leads to accept. As other lead generators do provide.
You go through their, " fill in the information and cities/locations you wish to recieve leads from and the type of leads you want".
As soon as I signed up and handed over my CC number they e-mailed leads. I went through their supposedly good and verified leads.
They were all junk. They were for supposedly sellers who only wanted property value information. They were not ready to sell.
I was looking for buyers and not sellers. As I stated in my initial info fill-in profile.
They e-mailed me leads to supposed sellers who were not even in my areas of business. 75 to 100 miles away from me.
The cost for seller leads are $49.95 while buyer leads are half the cost. That is why I wanted to start out with buyers and also to see how good their service was.
They dinged my credit card for as much as they could get out of me. Luckily I caught it before it became too bad.
Most of the leads are sent overnight when you can not watch what is going on and control what is going on.
They supposedly have a request for refund/charge back/account credit. What a joke. They will refuse to give you any sort of a refund in leads already provided.
I tried sending e-mails and calling them with no luck. I did finally get to talk with someone, who was very rude.
The responce was that I have the leads and I have to pay for them no matter what. I was able to get my account closed right then and there.
If you are lucky enough to get a refund/charge back. They hit you with a $25.00 charge back fee.
They get money from you no matter what.
