They indicated you could return leads for refund, per verbal & directing to specific language on site, but will not provide refund, and leads were not validated as specifically as said they were

They DO NOT validate the leads in any way before sending them to you. They don't accept returns except under very limited conditions, and they don't have a way online to receive replacement leads, at least none that I could find. And, when request they close account & provide refund for the returned leads, they refuse to do so, so if you get any invalid lead, good luck getting any money back. I would say a large portion are not validated leads as well, from my experience.

I also indicated not to start until I sent back the information they would send to me, but did so, resulting in additional charges for bogus leads NOT desired.
