Ripoff Belittling residents, ignoring requests for repairs, stupid notices with the wrong info on our doors, etc

Kathy Garwood is a terrible property manager. She is very hateful and nasty, I've seen how nasty she can really be with this situation my neighbors went through. I used to like it here, now I can't wait to move.

I saw the letter before maintenance snagged it and I hope everyone else did to because it is TRUE!!! Kathy is not the only problem though it's also Jessica with her phoney concern and lame excuses for everything, I'm moving too because this place sucks!
