Kathy Garwood and Jessica have not helped this community in any way but they do a great job of pissing people here off and that's about it! If you have a problem they pretend like they actually care but they are such bad actresses it is just insulting. I have lived here for two years and liked it even for the fact that it cost more than it should but now with these two in charge I don't think I will renew my lease.
Oh, and Kathy does lie or maybe she just mis-remembers because she doesn't know what the hell she is doing she should just go to sun city with the other blue hairs.
