I placed an order with this compnay on 8/01/05, choosing the express mailing shipping to have the item delivered within 2 weeks of use of product. When I follwed up, 3 weeks out, no reply then and no reply still after sending 7 emails, 8 phone calls and one letter.
My complaint I now see is not the only one, story is the same, just diferent people getting RIPPED OFF! When is the legal system going to step in and do something about the fraudulent activities of the company? Does the "Webmaster" care? Does the BBB care? Yes, $53.00 is a small chunk of change to lose and going through the hours and additional expenses to pursue this, seems like an additional watse. This exact thought is how this company can continue to operate.
Hey, if 20,000 of us each give them $53.00 thats $1,060, 000.00. Who do you think is laughing while they sip cocktails by the beach? Do you think they might have a scam running with Hurricane Katrina?
