10/12 Attorney sends letter to Rottlund requesting repairs to control extensive leaking throughout home

10/25 Receive letter from Rottlund advising they had performed inspection from outside the home and determined that water intrusion was resulting from breakdown of caulk and they had performed a courtesy repair as this was a homeowner maintenance item

5/25 Move family and pets into condo paid for by insurance company

5/31 Insurance company gets second investigation to determine if sinkhole activity is responsible for the damage to property

6/17Interscience issues report identifying mold growth in residence

8/5 Interscience conducted a second examination and identified Stachybotrys, Memnoniella, Aspergillus, Penicillium and Cladosporium

8/5 Insurance company advises second study concludes cracking is due to loose soil under pool deck & decay/decomposition of organic material under foundation

8/15 Notified by insurance company advising we need to hire our own contractors to locate the source (s) of all the water leaks that precipitated the mold growth and repair those leaks at our expense prior to insurance company initiating remediation action (Rottlund has refused to make repairs)

10/24 Air consultant report shows mold levels still unacceptable - more extensive remediation required

11/1 Remediation work complete

11/22-25 We move back into house upon confirmation that air samples are acceptable

2003 Cracks throughout driveway, garage, kitchen and pool deck continue to increase and widen
