BASIC BRIEF: I was employee as a Senior Resource Consultant II (Computer technical advisor) for the Department of Public Safety and Department of Motor Vehicles of South Carolina. I discovered wrongdoing of my supervisors in Waste, Fraud and Abuse for the Project Phoenix Project. Because I blew the whistle on my supervisors they retaliated by attacking my faith, harassing and humiliating against me. As a result I became injured and applied for Workers Compensation and other health benefits (Seven doctors confirm the work-related injury).
Since the state is very powerful they have tried every way they could to break me down and drop my claim. I have discovered the corruption of the state has even turned my former attorney against me. I do not know where to go now. Please let me know if you can help, please email whoever I talk about my case that might can help.
I am praying for justice, and I cannot find an honest attorney that has not been touched by the corruption of the state. Thank you in advance if you can help. The people need to know what is happening to the budget and causes taxes to go high.
Interestingly the same attorney, Gene Matthews, which was employed by the DPS/DMV flared up my case in order to go into private practice so in order to charge the state large amounts of money. "Conflict of Interest". This attorney went so far as to go to the IRS and try to make a bogus claim that I fraud the IRS. When in fact the IRS even wrote me a letter stating I was clean. This attorney along with my former attorney both lied to me to scare me to agree to a silent offer because they stated that the IRS would be a witness against me. When I contacted the IRS there was no such agreement and it was all a lie by these two attorneys.
My former attorney, John O'Leary, claims my case has no merit, even though there is a mountain of facts and evidence that proves my case. It seems that the corruption has been set all the time. Matter of fact, my former attorney met with the governor concerning my case and it would seem that my former attorney sabotage the case from the beginning.
The train of corruption and waste, fraud and abuse by the state government is almost unbelievable. There has been millions wasted. Computer systems that were promised to the taxpayers were worthless. The state just kept buying more and more to replace the mistake and hide the money trail. I blew the whistle on their dirty deeds and they made my environment hostile. As a result I became injured and tried to apply for benefits just so I can try to get healed and return to the workforce.
But the evil people in the state and around the state made ever effort to try and destroy my benefits and caricature. They attacked my faith by religious discrimination, fired my while on sick leave, abused me, twisted my job duties, removed me out of my job field and stuck me in a storage room, and the list goes on. They even went so far as to get into my Homeowners Association and attacked my Ten Commandments in my front yard. They even went after every form of my life to cause me to back down.
I did nothing wrong, I just did the right think. I am now looking for an attorney that can help me and is not scared of the state or corrupted. If know anyone please let me know.
