This company has been suied several times in the past couple of years. They have changed their name becuase of the suites. I want to make it known so that others do get sucked into the same thing.
1. They ask you to buy a truck. (downpayment is $15,000)
2. Once you begin working and you truck earns money this is when they start stealing from you.
3. The company will give you a invoice every 2-4 months.in the meantime, you have developed all kinds of bills.
A. Fuel
b. Truck Note
c.insurance.

Remember that they only give you your money every 2-4 months making it impossible for you to make any because you hasve accomullated so many bills.

4. When you finally start to ask for your hard earned money the owner draws up an invoice and proceeds to take out for all monies owed for your truck and for the months to come. So obviously you receive no money.
5. Just imagine a company telling you in the last 3 months your truck has made over %$16,000 and when they have taken out what theyt sasy you owe you come home to your family with a profit of $00,000.00.
6. Now you ask how is that possible. Well let's take a look at their process.

If you take money for past and months to come no matter when money comes in, you never receive any money because the company always tells you that you owe.

Now let's take a look at reality:

Your truck goes out 5-6 days out of the week. You truck averages $50-$60 per hour with an average of 8-10 hours per day.

This is all based on a new truck:

Daily take home: $450.00 (base on $50/hour, 8 hour day)
Weekly take home: $2250.00 X 5 (based on a 5 day work week)
Monthly take home: $9000.00
Deductions:
Truck Note: $2000.00 (you don't know if this is
accurate because they will not show you the paperwork for the truck)
Monthly Fuel: $1,000.00
Insurance: $1000.00 (again you do not know if this is accurate because they will not show you the
paperwork from the insurance company.
Total Monthly Expenses: $4,000.00

Now let's do the math
Monthly Earnings: $9,000.00
Total Expenses: $4,000.00

Take Home: $5,000.00

Your monthly take home pay SHOULD BE $5,000.00

You never see that kind of money. You are luck to receive on an average of $1,000 per month. (Now he is receiveing NOTHING AT ALL.)

Then at the end of the year when it is time to file your taxes they send you a 1099 that states that you have made almost $80,000. How is this possible if you have barely received any monies at all. When you ask them to provide proof you get no reponse. Now that the filing oif the taxes has been put on hold, what do you do in the meantime to state your claim?

This company has continued to do this to many people in the past 10 or 15 years.

Who will stop them???

Who can help?
