When I first went into to speak with them I was told and all the posted signs said $500.00 down. Of course when all was said and done it was $1,000.00 down if I wanted a car from them.
My loan papers said the total price I should pay but my payments are not bringing down the actual value as they never show you the interest on your reciepts. I have called CNAC several times and requested the interest information and to see a complete breakdown of the payments and how they are applied to the prinicipal vs interest. No one ever calls me back or will send me the information I have requested.
I have had to many numerous problems with the car and have had to take it in several times for the same problem and they are still not fixed completely. Of course you get the run around that they can not find anything wrong, but if you take it to another dealer they tell you exactly what is wrong and then JD Byrider will not do anything.
Please save yourself from the same problems I have had and do anything you can to not purchase a car from this company. They are smooth talkers and have no morale value in their sole.
