On 7/22/05, received my Verizon bill. Noted a crammed amount of $7.53 for an alleged one-minute call for directory assistance in Nevada at 702-555-1212. Totally fraudulent billing as I have never dealt with, or heard of, OAN or TelSeven, LLC. Call was showing as occurring at 06:15 A. M on 5/23/05.
Billing section states, "For questions, call 800-944-9646."
I am filing a complaint with FTC as it is obvious just from this site and the number of complaints I found on the web received by the Florida Public Service Commision. I can't call to attempt to get the charges removed as the OAN toll-free number advises their offices are only open Mon thru Friday 0:70 A.M. To 8:00 P.M.
