Ripoff sent by first class mail. Thanks to this web site after researching, i did not respond

I received U.S. First class mail registered document form w-915 notifing me of my immediate responce to unawarded money of over 3 millon dollars, asking for $20.00 document fee return within 7 days in a prepaid envelope. Failure to respond will result in cancellation. Thanks to this web site after researching, i did not respond. Remember if its too good to be true it usally is. These people should not get away with this. This is outragous
