Do Not Quit Your Job To Work for this Company or Work For This Company!
This is absolutely The WORST Company anyone could work for.
Do Not Believe ANYTHING this Company Tells You when they Interview You or Hire You.
There is no Salary Here you will not find this out until employed for 3 Weeks if then, it is a DRAW YOU HAVE TO PAY BACK (DON'T BE FOOLED) the money they tell you that you will make is not even close. The commissions are Held Back which is ILLEGAL in MOST STATES. There are NO BONUSES, NO PROFIT SHARING (ALSO FALSE ADVERTISING IN EVERY PAPER THEY HAVE RAN AN AD IN, Tripple work Loads, to compensate for lack of management or direction or Market share.
And the most degrading and de-motivating factor is the Multiple TREAT OF YOUR JOB ON A DAILY BASIS, snod remarks and degrading remarks that just shows how little this company thinks of anyone who works there. The Women that work for this Company are treated as if they should lay down for any Manager or SALES REP VISITING from out of town (some of the behavior borders on being a sexual preditor). This company will also ask you to lie for them to Cover -up bad behavior or threaten your Job if you tell or talk to anyone about how they conduct business (lack of morals).
They will ask you to lie to your Customers, There is no Price Integrity no matter what spin they put on it or have you write on the contract.
Get use to threats and sitting in seats that Corporate America deemed a health risk 20 years ago. You will also be spending all of your time away from work on the computer or re-working proposals (price integrity)
This Company is truely the BAD APPLE!!!
Hearst Publishing also publishes Oprah's Magazine along with several others, newspapers and several Networks.
This Behavior comes from the Top Down you can not Manage for this company if you can't threaten your employees DAILY.

5-Markets the Managers have walked out along with the majority of the employees. Mobile Ala., Augusta Ga., Savannah Ga., South Carolina and New York. Also Personnel Dept., Marketing, Compensation Mgt. I'm certain there is others.
This company is also using the Department of Labor (Unemployment Office) to hire Employees and the also use the local offices when in the Hiring mode, who get fired 4 weeks in or quit. Not a very effective way of utilizing our Unemployed especially if they get fired from a job that was not even close to what was offered. Most companies give a new Hire at least 4 months to learn a New Industry.
I have worked in this Industry for many years this is far from the norm.
