Ripoff, unauthorized $299.95 withdraw from bank, customer service no resolution

I was told that guarenteed if I agreed to the 29.95 fee withdraw for processing fees that in 2 weeks i was gonna recieve $12,000 in my bank account from the goverment. I then recieved a booklet of ways to get grant money along with many phonecalls about a month after i was charged $299.95 which was not authorized at any point.

The company does not ever answer the phone number that is provided and/or you are put on hold for 45 minutes. I never authorized the $299.95 charge which was argued that I did. There is no refund on this money either. I'm a 28 year old single mom of two children and was scammed.
