First National Government Grant scammed me

I got a phone call from a man with an accent that said I had been chosen to get a government grant of $12,000 and that this was my money and could use it any way I wanted, but he just needed a processing fee of $29.95 (one time). I would receive a packet and some other material about health insurance and long distance but there was no obligation. After I hung from giving my bank aba# and account# I decided to do a google search and check out the customer service phone number and it sent me to this website. I feel really stupid but I am going to my bank tomorrow morning and close and reopen another account before they or any of their affiliates can take my money!
