On October 18 I ordered a product from vitafree through the internet and made the payment on my credit card. I understood it would take 4-6 weeks to arrive.
I tried to talk to a customer service representative but was on hold forever or if I called back the phone rings endlessly. I sent a fax, but it returned to me with an error message.
It is March and I get a call asking me if I'm interested in ordering some vitafree products. I told them I did order products and never received them. They referred me to customer service, and would you know it I get through to nobody, the phone rings endlessly; no help, no nothing, no human.
I do have proof of my order, when I made it and when they received and processed the order, and the payment made for the products. They are a bunch of ripoff swindlers. Till today I haven't seen or smelled my order.
