Ebaystore lying, no good #$%$bch, bids, pays then retracts payment made
This buyer has defrauded me from an auction pmt of $38.00 made thru paypal the items he bid on and won were sent to him parcel post as per my auction terms he agreed upon when he placed the winning bid. He requested no insurance! My auction terms were if the buyer chose not to insure their items I would not be responsible once mailed at the post office! He emailed several times after auction ended as to the item being shipped and once I had sent the email to him of shipping day he retracted his credit card payment made thru paypal. I provided the shipping postal receipt for the items he won as well as two other auction items that sold to different buyers that were sent the same day? He claimes to not have received them. Lies, he sells similar items as mine, and chooses to harass me by using paypals negative balance on my paypal acct he claims on items he says he didnot receive. Warning ship only to him by delivery confirmation! He"s a Crook!!! Paypal has opened a new door for crooks and thieves all they have to do is to say I pd with a credit card and did not receive!!! Lies all lies paypal covers up fraud!!! Thieves!!!
