I was shopping at Target with my son and this woman approached me when I was looking at bras. She asked me if I was looking for a job and I said not really. She asked if I would like to work just part time, and I told her it would have to be really part-time and pointed to my son.
She invited me to a meeting the next day and I told her I didn't know if I would be busy. She gave me the address and her number and I did give her my number because she was very polite and I felt rude refusing her. This all happened today and the meeting is tomorrow so she hasn't called yet.
I'm just going to tell her I'm not interested in working and also I read up about the company on the Internet. The whole thing was very weird though. She was reluctant to tell me what the company was. All she said was it is a financial services company, she didn't even give me the name Primerica.
I drove to the address she gave me afterwards because I was thinking it was some kind of born-again church group or a pyramid scheme. Or she was hitting on me. I'm glad I thought about driving by the place and getting the company's name. I was able to find this site and confirm my suspicions about all of this.
