Ok, let me give you guys some background before I give you my questions. I'm at my job one night and I get this phone call from a woman. This isn't rare seeing as I'm an operator. The woman proceeds to tell me that she was recruiting for management trainees and that she got my name from someone I had encountered who thought I was a nice person.
I asked her who this person was and she told me a name that didn't ring a bell and trust me if I had encountered this person I would have remembered THAT name. She told me that she wanted to meet with me for an interview and I informed her that I needed to check my busy (NOT) schedule to see when I would be available. I asked her for her name and number, which she gave me. She also gave me the address of the meeting place. I told her I would call her back when I checked my schedule and we ended the call.
When I called her back to tell her that I could meet with her on a certain day, she told me that, that would be good and to come in. She said there were going to be 50 other people there as well (That sent off a BIG RED FLAG). I asked her who she worked for. She told me that she worked for Primerica. I asked her would I have to part with any money (its not a job if you have to pay for it people, its an expense) she told me that there wouldn't be a fee for the training or the interview.
I described my previous experiences with stream-line marketing with people such as CutCo (they were a little cheaper then this place). She told me that I would have to pay $199 for my license but that was the only fee I would be required to pay. I told her "I SEE" and I told her that I would be at the interview.
Now my questions:
Has anyone joined with Primerica? How's it going?
How fast would I get a return on my $199?
Has anyone been scammed from this company?
Did anyone go to the interview and enjoy being there?
After paying the $199 fee did you feel that it was worth the price?
